What VZN Social is
VZN Social is a private, internal creator tool. It helps its operator publish original gameplay videos to an authorized YouTube channel, verify the destination channel, and review the performance of those uploads. It is not offered as a public consumer service.
Data we access and store
With the operator's explicit Google authorization, VZN Social accesses YouTube channel identity data; video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, publication times, thumbnails, visibility and processing status; and channel or video statistics such as views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, average view duration and subscriber gains. The uploader sends the video file and operator-approved metadata to YouTube.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in protected credential files outside the website and are never placed in the dashboard database, source code, browser storage, or public pages. The dashboard stores publication receipts and time-stamped analytics snapshots in a private SQLite database.
How we use and share data
Data is used only to verify the authorized channel, perform operator-approved uploads, show upload status, prevent duplicate or wrong-channel posts, and calculate first-party performance summaries. Metrics labeled “VZN-calculated,” such as engagement rate, are generated independently by VZN Social from authorized API counters and are not metrics supplied directly by YouTube. VZN Social does not sell YouTube data, show advertising, build advertising profiles, or share authorized YouTube data with unrelated third parties. Data is processed by Google/YouTube and by the private hosting infrastructure required to run VZN Social.
Cookies and security
The site uses one secure, HTTP-only session cookie after password sign-in. When “Keep me signed in” is selected, that cookie may remain for up to one year; otherwise it expires with the browser session. It does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Access is password-protected, transport is encrypted with HTTPS, credentials are separated from application data, and the public website exposes no Google login credentials or OAuth tokens.
Retention, refresh and deletion
VZN Social refreshes current YouTube statistics and authorization status at least every 30 days and normally much more often. Authorized analytics and historical statistics are retained only while needed for the operator's performance reporting and while authorization remains valid. Other YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
The authorizing user may request deletion at any time by emailing robloxgooroo@gmail.com. Stored data associated with that user will be deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Deleting VZN Social's stored copy does not delete content or data held by YouTube; YouTube content must be deleted through YouTube or another authorized client.
Revoke YouTube access
The authorizing user can revoke VZN Social's Google access at any time through Google's security settings. After revocation is detected, VZN Social stops API access, invalidates the local authorization, and deletes related authorized data as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days. A direct deletion request uses the faster 7-day process above.

Use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
